For over 25 years, I have interviewed astrologers, healers, authors, yoga philosophers, mystics, and many others with wisdom to share, in addition to conducting live chart readings on the radio. I am currently a monthly recurring contributor on KSCO 1080 AM radio.
My lifelong study of astrology and metaphysics, complemented by my yoga training, has taught me both how to be present and how to observe deeply. This foundation shapes my astrological readings: I approach each chart with stillness and meditation, allowing the messages to reveal themselves. Using the language of astrology, I help clients navigate life’s mysteries, offering insights as we journey together on the path of self-discovery and shape the world of tomorrow through how we choose to live today.
I am a licensed Ashtanga yoga instructor with over 22 years of experience, however I did teachi Astrology Yoga called the Mercury Method for two years, and Hot Yoga at Yoga Loka in Sacramento for more than 20 years. I am currently writing my Astrology Yoga book that will be published in 2026..
Academically, I hold an MFA in Dramatic Arts from UC Davis and studied at the National Theater School of Canada in Montreal. Born in Japan, I have lived around the world due to my father’s military career. I also attended a military academy for three years. My professional journey also includes a successful career in television, notably with Swiss Television, where I produced an environmental program that became the most-watched show in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1990. After many years working in the media, I realized that my past experiences had been preparing me for my true calling—as an astrologer and mystic. This was a path I never anticipated, but I fully embrace. I am dedicated to assisting those who have nowhere else to turn when traditional healing methods fail.
